Job Description:

 Performance/NFT Tester

Job Summary :

 Hands on Performance Testing experience using Load Runner

 Expertise on all stages of the Performance testing life cycle

 Knowledge in Insurance domain with detailed understanding on P&C Insurance & its Business Process

 Prior knowledge on key Insurance applications like Underwriting  Policy Admin  Billing  Claims etc.

 Resource should also possess good communication skills and should be able to own his deliverables and manage his teams outcome on expected quality without escalations 

 Experience in Test planning  Estimation and Project management until closure

 Should also independently execute test cases and maintain test result logs Raise and retest defects 

 Work with the developers  data analyst and business analyst to drive the defects to closure

 Capability to coordinate with Onsite & Customers appropriately

 Capability to identify potential risk articulate them and plan activities to mitigate 

 Capability on Issue Clarification & Resolution

 Ensures adherence to standards  policies and quality compliance

 Knowledge on Jmeter / Appscan tools to direct team respectively

 Capability to implement best practices and innovative ideas as part of deliverables
