SUMMARY

Focus is on providing customer service for delivery partners/customers. Process complex orders/requests. Analyze delivery partner/customer information, identify, and recommend improvements. Intermediate business knowledge and fulfillment process knowledge is necessary.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process more complex orders and requests and respond to delivery partner/customer requests and inquiries


• Clarify, diagnose, and resolve customer requests and issues


• Produces delivery partner/customer reports and communications


• Identify and implement ways to improve overall level of service


• Communicate process information to internal delivery partners


• Provide customer and delivery partner feedback


• Advanced knowledge of products and services and customers and delivery partners


• Knowledge of unique and specific business process within a business function


• Works under some supervision following instructions and procedures defined, requiring judgment in application


• Serve as a department project team member and leads by example


• Able to deliver formal presentations to department and delivery partners


• Able to determine customer needs and assist in problem solving for assigned area


• Review and follow up on uncompleted report insuring that all glass is on order for must load orders (order glass if necessary)


• Review shipping repairs received and order all glass for both 9am and 2pm repairs


• Process all remake request by ordering the required glass


• Distribute paperwork to the appropriate line - look for windows missing in production prior to remaking


• Update the repair and remake log (shared drive) daily


• Audit window carts to insure they have been zoned correctly


• Audit Standard Work for wrap area and communicate audit results with the Supervisor or Team Lead 2


• Identify and implement continuous improvement processes


• Communicate regarding any shipments that will not be completed on 1st shift


• Create Excel reports as required

REQUIREMENTS & EDUCATION

• Intermediate business knowledge and fulfillment process knowledge is necessary.


• High school diploma or equivalent plus 4 years work related experience


• Evidence of continued education, degree, or certification preferred


• Advanced knowledge of technical and business tools


• Strong personal computer skills using spreadsheet, word processing
