As an integral part of the global Talent Acquisition leadership team, the Sr. Director of Talent Acquisition is accountable to collaborate with the VP of Global TA as well as other HR and business unit leaders to support workforce planning and then design and deliver multi-tiered strategies to achieve those talent objectives. Collaborating with Corporate and Business leaders the Director will leverage their business acumen, people-leadership, and consultative problem-solving skills to.

Job Description

Responsibilities:


  • Effectively lead a team of 50+ to meet the hiring demand of our recurring revenue units, including Global Occupier Services, Asset, Multifamily, and portions of our CW Services business.

  • Successfully achieve strategic-advisor status with executives by helping them define and drive their talent agenda

  • Confirm and monitor key performance indicators - interceding with creative solutions to address unexpected challenges or shifting business demands

  • Build and execute robust multi-tiered sourcing strategies, constantly monitoring talent pipelines for required quantity, quality and diversity - executing contingency plans to keep searches on track, as needed

  • Leverage data to build persuasive business cases for continuous improvement and ensure your team is sufficiently staffed to meet the business demands

  • Help define the future TA organization - then attract, mentor, inspire, empower and motivate a diverse team to do the best work of their careers as they reach that destination

  • Fully leverage technology and journey mapping to build modern, scalable, sustainable, customer-centric solutions

  • Optimize TA processes by driving innovative, digital, scalable modernizations across the enterprise

  • Autonomously manage highly visible projects and initiatives, treating every search as a project by defining timing of phases, monitoring progress against those expectations, and providing consistent communication to all stakeholders

  • Fully utilize the operating model of the organization, orchestrating the efforts of all stakeholders appropriately

Qualifications:


  • 10+ years with proven success in progressive talent acquisition roles reaching management level; 5+ years of being a leader-of-leaders preferred

  • Experience inspiring executives to adjust their participation in the recruiting process in order to achieve better outcomes; Experience leading skilled trades recruiting efforts strongly preferred

  • Superior executive presence and communication skills; Deep experience building successful, data-centric business cases preferred

  • Exhibits all Talent Advisor competencies with specific focus on business acumen, consultative problem solving, and results orientation

  • Excellent planning and project management skills; Experience working on international assignments preferred

  • The ability to manage and prioritize multiple urgent deliverables; Experience in a matrixed leadership environment preferred

  • Proven and successful leadership of workforce plans, talent delivery plans, and leveraging data and metrics to ensure success

  • Proven ability to recruit talent at senior director and above levels; Offer development of compensation packages totaling over $1M preferred

  • Excellent planning and project management skills; Experience working on international assignments preferred

  • The ability to manage and prioritize multiple urgent deliverables; Experience in a matrixed leadership environment preferred

  • Willingness to be on-call at odd hours and travel up to 15%

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience
