We are looking for bright, vibrant Training Producers. Successful Training Producers help the delivery of virtual classes flow smoothly, providing a positive experience for all learners. Producers work collaboratively with trainers before and during class to support the technology and delivery of training.

Strong communication skills, attention to detail and a desire to assist others will help you succeed in this role. This is a remote role.

Responsibilities

Prepare virtual training environment for classes including setting up poll questions, preparing breakout rooms, writing producer notes and more.

Provide support to trainers and virtual learners during classes.

Document course activities and coordinate timings to ensure smooth course flow.

Help solve learners' connectivity issues quickly as they use the virtual training platform.

Work collaboratively with other producers and trainers to improve virtual training delivery.

Qualifications

Technical experience with virtual training software is desired but not required. (Zoom, MS Teams)

Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Available to work 4:30am-11am PST Monday- Friday is a requirement

Enthusiastic attitude and a desire to help others.

Business administration or customer service background is a plus.

Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively.

Ability to pay attention to detail.
