Riveron is searching for a Billing Coordinator to be responsible for client billing, accounts receivable and other general accounting functions.
Responsibilities:
Billing and Accounts Receivable
Expense report tracking and analysis for billable and non-billable expenses
Coordination with third party billing as required
Support billing team as needed and perform other duties as assigned
Direct interaction with Managing Directors regarding any billing questions or discrepancies
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field
1+ years of experience working in a corporate or client service setting
OpenAir experience is a plus
Professional services experience a plus
Strong communication skills (written and oral) to all internal stakeholders
Ability to work autonomously as required
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Must uphold the highest level of professionalism, as well as confidentiality
Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of MS Excel
