What you will do:
Conduct winery tours, tastings and other events for guests
Drive revenue by selling wine, merchandise, tastings, and memberships
Provide accurate information about the company/winery to guests, encouraging guests to join our wine club and mailing list
What you will bring:
At least two years of customer service experience, hospitality/retail/restaurant preferred
Strong overall knowledge and interest in wine industry - Oregon wine knowledge highly preferred
Excellent organizational skills, customer service skills and ability to sale
Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
Must be flexible and available to work varied hours/days of the week, including evenings and weekends
Able to work at least 3 to 4 shifts per week
Must be at least 21 years of age
OLCC and Food Handlers Permits required
Spoken fluency in a second language a plus
