Job Description:

We are looking for Technical Support for an immediate need. This is a client-facing role & the candidate will have regular interactions with various client managers.

Deskside Field Services Onsite support

Manufacturing environment, 2nd shift

Proficient computer and peripheral hardware troubleshooting skills

3 to 5 years supporting Microsoft Windows 10 OS version and Microsoft Office Suite applications

Knowledge and experience of SCCM, Active Directory

Experience with computer Refresh

Knowledge of Network devices and Network Protocol

Mobile device support, iPhone, iPad, Android

Printer support experience

ServiceNow experience a plus but experience with a ticketing system is good

CompTIA A+ certified a plus but actively working to obtain Certification good
