CPC TX Operations Sr Specialist III - Trainer/CPC Support
Key Responsibilities: ALL DEPARTMENTS As an OPS3 - Peer Trainer, within any of the departments, you will be seen as a leader by operators and your job performance will be graded by the team's overall performance in productivity and quality.

This will enhance your skill sets, provide you new avenues of learning our business, as well as develop your career path and mobility within our organization.
CPC is a 16 hr/ 6 day operation, including holidays. As a leader within this department you will be required to work a variable schedule as deemed by production needs.
Below is a list of key responsibilities within all departments:
Able to lift 50-70lbs and deliver 200 lb supplies utilizing industrial pull/push carts
Willing to participate and maintain departmental work area maintenance
Assist Management team in communication process changes, and operational requirements
One on One training and re-training coordination for any/all new hires and existing employees
Mentoring and improving employee skill sets
Working in a group setting building training modules
Solid oral and written communication skills
Participating in daily/weekly inspections to gather and report out statistical information to management
Must be able to work overtime, as needed, along with Holidays and Weekends
Must be able to stand/walk for long periods of time
Must be team oriented, with solid interpersonal and computer skills
Oversee associates responsible for producing mail in a high capacity, fast paced automated environment with an emphasis on Quality and Productivity
Researching and providing recommendations on performance error investigations, root cause, and resolution
Daily validation of production's input and output, with an emphasis on Risk Control measures: confirming work is compliant with regulations, Corporate Policies, and Lines of Business (LOB) policies
Maintain and ensure CPC Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) are followed at all times
Responsible for shift operations and pass on updates, informing Supervisors/Managers and peers of current day's process delays or breakdowns
Resolving problems or obstacles to production and/or quality
Ensure that all department and bank guidelines are followed as they relate to operations, internal audit and security and general management practices
Meet and or exceed all internal Service Level Agreements (SLA)
CPC Processing Department Descriptions:
Vault
Ability to pull files, preform daily tasks, enter shipment, run the day, and close out at the end of the shift
Moving pallets of shipment from Card dock into vault area utilizing pallet jack equipment
Receiving of undeliverable mail from vendor and UPS, manually sorting and processing of undeliverable via MiniCiss equipment
Production Floor
Daily machine operations utilizing Entrust Embossers, Pitney Bowes and Bell and Howell insertion equipment to process card processing
Ongoing validation of material quality and output quality
Input vs Output reconciliation utilizing basic math
Manually processing documents end to end that are not supported by the automation process. Including hand folding, stuffing, and sealing
Production Control
Production Floor workflow
Completing order requests for materials to support the production floor
Moving pallets of mail from production to shipping area, utilizing pallet jack equipment
Working with all mail couriers and their deadlines
Coordinating recyclable material and containers
Daily reconciliation/balancing for reporting
Manifesting utilizing ADF/GBDT along with CPC Applications
Maintaining a printer's color consistency and output quality at all times
Client Services
Ability to support the Pull and Destroy shared mail box: processing pull and redirects, banker boxes, pull and invalidates, and ADA requests
Testing
Following test scripts, create test scripts to capture all scenarios to ensure effective testing. Working with OH to ensure both sites are completing all testing accordingly and in the same manner.
Responsible for helping to coordinate disaster recovery testing along with install of new software, hardware, paper, plastics, new chip implantation, and any changes to the production processing environment.
Testing of all new products, equipment, software, and implementation of new chips.
Regression testing on equipment
Attend all project meetings and reporting testing results in a timely manner.
Work closely with the management team to ensure any changes to the production process are communicated and coordinated including install dates and downtime.
Working with management to build schedules for updates to equipment or implementations that do not impact production.
Overall Qualifications
Required Skills:
High school diploma preferred, or five years of production environment work history
Candidate must possess problem solving and analytical skills and must be able to think independently
Self-motivated, proactive, proven ability to learn
Ability to effectively multi-task and work under pressure
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to act on own initiative, be accurate, reliable and confident in processes
Must be able to communicate (oral/written) effectively with many areas of the firm and various levels of management
Candidate must be control-oriented and have a keen eye for detail
Strong team player with the ability to work in a global matrixed organization
Flexible, professional, and willing to assist others
Microsoft Office Applications literate
