Job Description

This role will be instrumental in leading the team to develop time & payroll reporting to empower partners to utilize data in new and more efficient ways. This position requires quick thinking, flexibility and an appreciation for the overall needs of the organization in order to design and deliver dynamic reporting functionality.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Perform time/payroll end-to-end validations and troubleshoot related issue
  • Develop and enhance reports to verify the accuracy and integrity of all system data and support information needs of the Payroll staff
  • Create ad hoc reporting as needed
  • Create documentation and train users on report features and/or changes
  • Partner with Workforce Technology on design and development of new reporting as needed
  • Prioritizes all tasks and daily assignments as required
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Intermediate to advanced Excel required
  • Prior experience data analysis and auditing preferred
  • Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, PeopleSoft, or HRIS/Payroll Systems a plus
  • Ability to collaborate in a team oriented environment across teams and vendors
  • Strong analytical skillsand attention to detail
  • Good judgement and decision making skills
  • Excellent time management, organizational and prioritizing skills
  • Ability to work both independently and cooperatively in a fast paced, ever changing environment
