Corporate Risk : Risk Projects & Solutions - Intelligent Solutions Developer (Associate)

Risk Projects & Solutions (RPS) Team is part of the Risk CFO - Risk Governance & Strategy organization. RPS blend project management and technical automation capabilities to provide impactful, quick-to-market solutions for Risk Management and Compliance (RM&C).

Our team is looking to hire an Intelligent Solutions Developer who can engage across the Risk Management and Compliance (RM&C) Organization to analyse, build, and implement solutions using Tableau, Qlik, Alteryx, Signavio, and Cognos. We want to find a person who is innovative, enjoys using the latest business intelligence (BI) tools, likes to solve problems, and is keen to learn new skills.

Key responsibilities:

Create Intelligent Solutions for RM&C process owners by partnering closely to deliver impactful solutions, most commonly for data visualization using Tableau or Qlik, Signavio for process modelling and automation, Alteryx for data transformation, and Cognos for report automation.

You will:

• Own analysis, build, and implementation of Intelligent Solutions
• Manage delivery against agreed timelines and meet expected quality and control standards
• Act as a point of contact across the RM&C function for solutions delivered and technologies utilized
• Establish close partnership with business and technology teams
• Coordinate future state operating models for solution hand offs
• Embrace a control focused culture according to Firmwide Intelligent Solutions Control Standard and have confidence in challenging stakeholders
• Collaborate with the broader RPS Team
• Develop a strong understanding of the business and activities that we support
• Support RM&C Center of Excellences (CoEs), providing subject matter expertise to increase adoption, self-service, and best practices across RM&C
• Conduct research and development prototypes to identify new ways of using technologies, enabling innovation with RM&C partners

• Practitioner / proficient with one or more tools - Tableau, Qlik, Alteryx, Signavio, and/or Cognos
• Curious to understand data and discover insights
• Familiarity with agile and scrum is useful, though not essential
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket are useful, though not essential
• VBA, SQL, Python, R, and other programming languages are useful, though not essential
• Strong communication skills to engage with customers and team
• Problem solving skills to create solutions to complex business challenges
• Passion for innovation
• Interested to learn new skills in the latest technology
