Join the Business Technology team as a Director of Product Management, Enterprise GRC!

Your role will be to drive the digital transformation of enterprise Governance, Risk, and Compliance processes across Salesforce. You will be aligning stakeholders across various levels.

Your Impact


  • Successfully lead the technology implementation of the Enterprise GRC program at Salesforce.


  • Connect the dots between business challenges, your team's skills and capacity, technology architecture, operations and change management. You win or lose as a team.


  • Build a robust enterprise GRC technology implementation strategy and roadmap in partnership with business stakeholders, enterprise architects and engineering leadership.


  • Build an exceptional IT product management team who baseline, uplift, measure and iterate on Enterprise GRC technology impact.


  • Empower your team to make tough prioritization decisions that address the needs of Salesforce's three lines of defense.


  • Define expectations for engineering and operations teams and hold everyone accountable for success and failures. BT Product Directors play a critical role in creating alignment between IT teams and stakeholders. A collaborative attitude is essential to the job.


  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement. Team successes are driven through key performance indicators.


  • Champion design-think across your team and stakeholders.


  • Communicate efficiently and clearly to encourage focused conversations.


  • Be a trusted partner and advisor to GRC leaders across Salesforce.


  • Collaborate and communicate across functions. We win or lose as a team. Product managers play a critical role in creating alignment between engineering teams and stakeholders. A collaborative attitude is essential to the job.


Minimum Qualifications:


  • 10+ years of successfully driving enterprise-scale GRC programs.


  • Demonstrated experience in gathering and transforming strategic business challenges into an actionable product roadmap.


  • Demonstrated ability to apply IT Product Management skills and experience to solve risk and compliance challenges.


  • Strong knowledge of SDLC and agile methodologies as well as the role of Design Think in software delivery.


  • Expertise in risk and compliance methodologies and their application in a disparate organization.


  • Well-developed leadership, management, and strategic-thinking skills, with the ability to excite, drive, and coach teams to achieve compounding successes.


  • Strong collaboration, influence, and negotiation skills to align the organization around prioritization and delivery of product roadmap


  • Works to improve and reinforce performance in others; facilitates their skill development by providing clear, specific performance feedback and making or eliciting suggestions for solutions/performance improvement.


  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including experience presenting to executive leadership, and evangelizing product strategy


  • Exceptional time management skills to effectively juggle multiple demanding priorities


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Undergraduate degree in Information Technology, Finance/Business Administration, Accounting or another relevant field


  • Previous experience implementing GRC or IRM tools at large-scale organizations, preferably in the IT industry


  • Knowledge of Risk & Controls, and Leading Practices, including understanding of internal auditing standards, COSO and risk assessment practices, and Sarbanes Oxley requirements and testing procedures.


  • Previous risk management or audit experience a plus.


This role is Office-Flex (~1-3 days/wk in office) or Fully Remote.
