Appliedis seeking a Real Estate and Facilities Specialist to bring unique skills, ideas, work style, personality, and passion to our team. With a portfolio of over 500 properties across the U.S. and Canada, every day presents a new and interesting challenge. This position reports to the Director of Real Estate with key responsibilities being:

• Tracking, monitoring, negotiation, and execution of commercial leases.


• Facilitating the sale and purchase of property.


• Oversight and management of building systems, maintenance, landscaping, safety issues, and general repairs in support of both owned and leased property.


• Utility bill oversight, management, and issue resolution.


• Collaborative support of annual department budget creation.


• Management of roofing, LED lighting and HVAC system replacement projects.


• Other projects/initiatives as required.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Required and Bachelor's degree preferred


• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Finance or Supply Chain


• One year of experience in contract writing and/or building management experience preferred.
