Job Description:

The Benefits & Compensation Analyst will have direct responsibility in the following areas:


  • Oversee all benefit programs along with day-to-day administration and annual open enrollment. Oversee all company benefit plans (Medical, Dental, LTD, STD, AD&D, Life and 401(k) and all voluntary benefits, such as Tuition Reimbursement).

  • Maintains compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment (i.e. DOL, OSHA, FLSA, Anti-Harassment/Discrimination, etc.) and stay current on employee laws and regulations.

  • Manage day to day communication with HR related vendors and services and HR broker, including tracking their contracts and budgets.

  • Manage third party vendor for Leave of Absence (FMLA/STD/LTD) administration and communications concerning these programs for all US sites.

  • Keep abreast of compensation and benefits trends, external benchmarking best practices, regulatory requirements, and labor laws, and provide suggestions for strategy and direction for company-wide programs.

  • Liaison between HR Business Partners and HR Operations providing support and guidance between the two groups on transactional type matters. Assist in all HR administration and transactions via multiple HR systems and established processes.

  • Assist in the development and execution of Global HR Programs - with an immediate focus on recruiting; Partner with HR team members to drive best practices for managing recruitment process from requisition to offer.

  • Oversee annual implementation and administration of compensation programs using systems including merit, market and equity analysis, recommendations and adjustments, short- and long-term variable compensation.

  • Monitor the effectiveness of existing compensation and benefits plans, policies, guidelines and procedures recommending plan revision, as well as new plans that are cost-effective and consistent with industry compensation trends and company objectives.

  • In collaboration with Legal, Accounting, Tax, Internal Audit and third-party administrators, ensure accurate reporting, budgeting and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, maintaining knowledge about changes or revisions to relevant statutes globally.

  • Create relevant training materials and coordinate guest speakers for employees and managers on compensation and benefits practices, policies and guidelines.

  • Responsible for day to day administration and coordination of immigration, in partnership with our third party vendor.

  • Other responsibilities as needed.

Skills and Qualifications


  • Required: Bachelor's Degree or 3-5 years as a team member contributing to multiple facets of compensation and benefits in a multinational company.

  • Strong knowledge and experience in implementing strategic compensation initiatives as well as comprehension of legal compliance, practices and policies across different regions.

  • Problem solver who is passionate about enabling growth and who is able to combine their analytical skills with business insight.

  • Ability to nurture and work in fast paced, team oriented environment.

  • Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail to ensure data integrity and quality.

  • Advanced analytical skills and ability to gather key insights from quantitative and qualitative data.

  • Demonstrated skill in use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel; HR systems.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle highly sensitive information.

  • Outstanding initiative with very good customer service and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to quickly understand and apply HR processes and procedures.

  • CCP, PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred but not required.

  • Collaborative Team Player.

  • Preferred multi- industry experience supporting headcount of 1000+.


  • Possess high level of organizational skill, clear public speaking skills to address groups, excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to formulate and implement decisions.
