Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a high-volume dining establishment (highly preferred but not required)


• Knowledge & experience of food sanitation, table service, & healthcare food regulations (preferred but not required)


• Computer literacy: POS, MS Office (Word and Excel), internet & email
