PPG has an exciting opportunity to hire a Business Services Manager for our Aerospace business! This is a new organization and you will build the teamand establish efficient processes. You will effectively manage the daily Aerospace business services team to ensure primary goals and established key performance indicators related to internal international orders and accounts receivable functions are met. You will keep operations in constant motion by providing strategic, operational support and managing organizational resources. If you are process oriented and can lead high performing teams, read on.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop good working relationships that are essential to providing the level of service vital to meet internal customer expectations.
• Coordinate the entry of all internal international purchase orders in a timely, accurate, and professional manner.
• Build solutions to sophisticated operations and operations management problems using professionally accepted techniques.
• Deploy lean principles to achieve continuous improvement and ensure compliance to policy and external regulation.
• Reduce delays in processing orders for the customer receiving their materials.
• Supervise subordinates successfully by serving as a coach and mentor.

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of applicable experience with supervisory/management responsibility.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and solid understanding of Lean/Six Sigma principles or be willing to attend training.
• Must be an ECC (Export Control Coordinator) trained or eager to learn.
• Must possess the ability to supervise and/or coordinate the business services function.
• Supervise and lead Customer Service Professionals.
