Job Summary:


The Business Operations Specialist supports the Client Services team by processing orders for research grade direct and web orders and free samples.


Responsibilities:



  • Order processing for all RG STD (Cas9 and IVT) direct and web orders & free samples

  • Order processing for all GMP STD orders

  • Schedule domestic and international shipments, liaison for resolution of RG STD order logistic complaints/issues, send client order confirmations 

  • Screen all new international clients, liaison between CR & Legal documentation (UBO, international smartsheet approval)

  • Ensure all order documentation is correct and liaison with accounting as needed (i.e: Purchase orders, international legal documents, W-9, new client set up forms)

  • Provide relevant product/order documentation upon request (CoA, COO, etc.)

  • Quote generation for field sales & CR pertaining to all RG STD product upon request

  • Train new Client Relations members on order processing SOPs 

  • Team lead for Client Relations in D365 ERP including training and problem solving related to the sales process.  Interact across BU’s Client Relations teams to problem solve as needed.

  • Lead day to day intercompany sales order transactions with direction from Manager of Business Operations.

Qualifications:



  • B.S. required, B.S. in life science degree preferred

  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office suite 

  • Strong knowledge of computers, Microsoft Office, and Smartsheet
