Product Campaign & Content Management: Oversight for the strategic development of campaign content across the face and lip categories within the key consumer touchpoints. Within this, responsible for ensuring integrated engagement across online and offline.
Key responsibilities are:
Define the Brand's campaign calendar, to ensure the right allocation of resources and support for launches, promotions & always-on with a focus on digital first.
Manage the Brand's campaign budget and allocation and prioritization across categories
Point of contact for zones and countries for integrated campaigns
Oversee the creation of digital first campaign content and ensure it resonates with the consumer:
Manage creation of above the line marketing communication content for projects
Owned media content: social media content, website & mobile app content (film, videos, visuals, packshots, posts, hashtags)
Earned media content: UGC content, blogger & influencer content
Paid media content: PR content, SEM guidelines, display ads, e-retail kits
Oversee the agencies responsible for the creation of content:
Oversee & review agency progress
Ensure content meets the Brand DNA
Sign off agency contract & financials
Identify new agencies to work with and run regular review of agency roster
Challenge agencies for innovative content and new formats
Oversee the release of dossiers (of assets) to the countries from Product Campaign and Content Management
Review the guidelines for content local adaptation & implementation
Actively participate in the Digital Tribe
Work closely with the brand experience team and the Digital leads in the DMI/Global Marketing for integration of eCommerce campaigns.
Job Requirements:
5+ years of related business experience
Experience in Digital platforms and various ecommerce landscapes of the regions.
In depth knowledge of:
Consumer habits & language
Consumer engagement methodologies
Agency management
Country requirements
Marketing seamless integration
Consumer package goods or beauty industry experience is preferred
PC Proficiency (Microsoft Suite)
