Position Summary

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist who will help Oldcastle Infrastructure enhance its position as an industry leader in the digital space.  The successful candidate will help create a consistent digital experience for our customers and employees.  The role will manage website improvements, enhance existing digital tools, assist in the development of new tools, and integrate digital systems with existing business platforms.  This role will report to the Senior Digital Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities

• Manage updates and enhancements to company websites and other sites related to business


• Analyze data to draw key recommendations around website optimization


• Partner with agencies and other vendor partners on campaign strategy & execution


• Collaborate with marketing team to optimize user experience and drive performance


• Partner with marcom team to execute strategies for web, social, and digital communications


• Create and maintain online location listings across local marketing automation platform


• Manage the efficiencies for file naming and storage practices for the usage of digital asset management platform


• Assist in the launch of new product configurator tools


• Improve the design, UX, traffic, and content of the website


• Maintain consistent brand messaging throughout all platforms


• Collaborate with colleagues in the department and across the organization


• Assist with other marketing duties as required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field


• 4+ years of experience in digital marketing


• Process driven and results oriented; takes initiative and demonstrates follow through


• Detail-oriented, with strong planning and organizational skills, analytical mind-set, and the ability to prioritize in a changing environment


• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously


• Proficiency with content management systems, including Wordpress


• Working knowledge of SEO techniques and practices


• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS


• Familiarity with A/B and multivariate testing


• Familiarity with Salesforce.com


• Experience with Google Analytics


• Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite
