As a Senior Account Executive, you will support the crafting of our outbound sales strategy and work cross-functionally with stakeholders to deliver value-added solutions to our customers. What you'll do on a typical day:

• Build new relationships for GXO Direct eFulfillment with enterprise retailers, digitally native brands and large marketplace sellers


• Effectively prospect a sales pipeline by researching and communicating with targets via email, calling, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other methods


• Formulate the commercial strategy for each opportunity and partner with the engineering and pricing teams to deliver competitive proposals


• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the industry, including the e-commerce landscape and the fulfillment industry


• Help drive value-creating insights, recommendations and solutions

At a minimum, you'll need:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience


• 2 years of professional sales experience

• 2 years of experience in transportation or Third-Party Logistics (3PL)


• B2B sales experience and or experience of working or selling online retail


• High level of expertise and understanding of eCommerce


• Software sales experience


• Ability to independently build and manage a sales pipeline


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling value propositions
