The Solutions Architect will act as the integration point between business process, data services, software development and IT operations teams to ensure business needs are translated into IT solutions leveraging our enterprise architecture and team capabilities.


Requirements:



  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent experience

  • At least 10 years of experience with the management of IT solutions development

  • Experience with software engineering and design architecture

  • Experience with product lifecycle management

  • Experience with business analysis techniques and processes

  • Experience with Agile methodology

Responsibilities:



  •  Work with Business Analysts to understand business requirements

  • Work with Business Analysts to identify potential solutions

  •  Derive detailed specifications from business requirements

  • Assess feasibility of proposed solutions based on requirements and available technologies ​

  • Manage implementation request pipeline to establish development priorities​

  • Communicate and consult with BAs and IT to develop deployable solutions​

  • Coordinate sprint planning​
