Disrupt the traditional wellness point-solutions model by fueling the prospect pipeline for WSH’s products and services. Increase market awareness of WSH capabilities; locate, research, source and qualify prospects across multiple sales channels. Develop and cultivate relationships to increase WSH awareness and market penetration.
Responsibilities:
Generate new leads; find new potential sales outlets; build and enhance relationships to nurture prospects.
Perform outbound calls daily to identify prospective new clients; conduct cold calling and follow up emails to contact
and qualify new sales opportunities.
Collaborate with members of the sales team to discuss sales strategy, tactics, deliverables, etc.
Cultivate, manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives.
Identify and research prospects to establish business relationships.
Develop relationships with prospects over the phone and off the back of marketing campaigns.
Build long-term trusting relationships with potential customers.
Obtain a comprehensive knowledge of the company and its products and services.
Schedule demonstrations and meetings for prospects and sales executives.
Communicate the WSH value proposition to prospects and determine quality of lead.
Work hand-in-hand with sales executives to guide prospects through the sales funnel.
Maintain and upkeep the sales CRM.
Identify and report on customer needs, pain-points, and expectations.
Partner with the marketing team to create campaigns that generate leads.
Support sales executives with proposal writing.
Respond to requests for information from prospective clients.
Perform other related tasks as directed or required.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree.
2 - 3 years’ relevant, professional work experience. (R)
Experience with sales, including cold calling, generating leads, selling direct and/or through third parties (such as employee
benefits consultants), preferably within HR, wellness or similar industry. (R)
Additional experience/specialized training may be considered in lieu of educational requirements. (R)
Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, presentation, interpersonal, negotiation). (R)
Passion for and understanding of employee wellbeing industry trends. (R)
Demonstrated ability to work independently with little supervision. (R)
