Position Title: Software Engineer III, CRM 


 


Role:


As a Software Engineer III, CRM you will play a key role in designing, enhancing, and implementing effective and scalable solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power platforms, and integrating with third party products such as Marketo and Data Axle. You’ll work across the business with a variety of stakeholders to build and configure comprehensive CRM solutions that improve business processes and drive efficiency across all business functions. You will participate in all phases of the development life cycle and take a lead role with requirements analysis, software design, reviewing the work of others, setting standards, and providing production support. 


 


Responsibilities:



  • Develop efficient, scalable, and resilient solutions

  • Develop flowcharts, layouts and documentation to identify requirements and solutions

  • Write well-designed, testable code

  • Integrate software components into a fully functional software system

  • Develop software verification plans and quality assurance procedures

  • Document and maintain software functionality

  • Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing systems

  • Deploy programs and evaluate user feedback

  • Comply with project plans and industry standards

  • Ensure software is updated with latest features

  • Work in an agile development environment with a quick turnaround time and iterative builds

  • Problem solve and troubleshoot design and development issues and provide appropriate solutions

  • Possesses and applies a broad knowledge of principles, best practices, and procedures of particular field of specialization to the completion of complex assignments

  • Works independently on larger, moderately complex assignments that have a direct impact on the department

  • Relies on experience and judgment to structure / organize work and accomplish goals

 


Education/Certifications  



  • BS Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline

 


Experience/Minimum Requirements  



  • 5+ years of professional experience in .NET Development

  • Experience delivering software engineering best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.

  • Strong proficiency with C#, Javascript, and TypeScript

  • Familiarity Microsoft Dataverse / Power Platform / Azure Functions is a bonus.

  • Ability to take a project from scoping requirements through execution

  • Experience in communicating with business users, other technical teams, and management to collect requirements, describe software product features, and technical designs


  • Crown Castle is a federal contractor and the COVID-19 vaccination is a requirement of employment by your start date to comply with Executive Order 14042.



 


Working Conditions:  This is a remote role with the expectation of on-site/in-person collaboration with teammates and stakeholders for moments that matter and may require 10-15% travel.
