Your role and responsibilities
Promote Ironclad's vision, mission and objectives and conduct business with a high level of integrity and urgency
Maintain responsibility for the full life cycle recruiting process focused on various functional and market areas with the ability to understand technical requirements and recruit cleared technical candidates
Coordinate position requisition activities, job postings, and partner with hiring managers to determine an effective sourcing and recruiting strategy
Work within tight deadlines to identify and deliver key personnel for proposal activities
Partner with Business Development to forecast business needs and deliver by developing a pipeline while nurturing talent
Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for open positions
Provide candidates with timely follow-up and appropriate feedback
Extend and negotiate employment offer packages
Ensure successful and timely completion of Applicant Tracking System (Lever) documentation, tracking of metrics, and compliance with all hiring requirements related to OFCCP and Ironclad recruiting policies
Prepare recruiting data and reports to be shared with business partners with a high degree of accuracy
Partner with human resources to ensure a successful onboarding experience
Attend job fairs and networking events
Provides market analysis for Business Development and Proposal team as needed
Professional and technical qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or 4 years of technical recruiting experience in lieu of a degree
5+ years of full-life cycle technical recruiting with at least 3 years of experience recruiting for federal contracts for cleared roles; 1 year of experience recruiting for proposals
Due to the nature of work, U.S. Citizenship is required
Ability to take initiative and look beyond traditional recruiting practices with proven success
Think critically, adapt easily to changing priorities, optimize your time and enjoy collaborating
Engage and connect with highly sought candidates and further cement Ironclad's reputation for excellence
Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines in a time-sensitive manner
Leverage data to make informed business decisions when advising hiring partners and to understand your individual performance
Proficient with Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
High level understanding of cloud technology and DevOps software delivery model and tools
Experience in sourcing, interviewing, networking, negotiating, and closing of candidates
Interact effectively with all levels of candidates, employees, and management
Possess exceptional verbal, listening, and interpersonal communication skills along with competent writing and grammar skills
Travel
Ability to travel < 10% to attend job fairs and networking events as it is safe to do so
Yearly travel to Virginia Beach headquarters is possible

Remains in a sitting/stationary position continually or almost continually during the work day
Operates a computer and performs desk-based computer tasks continually; frequently viewing a computer screen
Rarely lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling objects and/or equipment that weighs up to 50 pounds
Ability to move about the office to complete job requirements multiple times throughout the day
