IDEXX is looking for a Creative Content Producer. In this role, you will work closely with Brand, Content and Digital Marketing's Head of Global Creative Operations and cross-functional teams to oversee the production and project management of creative and content assets for marketing campaigns across various lines of business.

In this role, you will partner with the creative and strategy teams to manage the creative ops end-to-end process.

What You Will Do:

• Work hand-in-hand with the other project owners across our creative, strategic, and digital marketing teams


• Lead delivery of creative and content projects and ensuring timely delivery of assets


• Lead and manage communications between internal cross functional teams to develop timelines with a clear list of asset needs and delivery dates.


• Manage project milestones and work back schedules for deliverables to ensure all projects are completed on-time and within budget


• Be accountable for project tracking and troubleshooting of creative and content production issues


• Responsible for managing internal project communications, ensuring that any issues, changes, or decisions that impact the project are documented


• Resource designers and creatives against projects in collaboration with Creative Resource Manager


• Must be able to clearly present challenge and solutions


• Manage relationships with our in-house creative team as well as our roster of freelancers

What You Need to Succeed:

• 5-7+ years of relevant experience in creative production or project management


• Experience working on multiple work streams


• Ability to problem solve independently


• Comfortable collaborating with production teams and creatives (art directors, copywriters, illustrators, designers, animators, and production artists)


• Solid understanding of the creative workflow of fast-paced design and content projects


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• Well versed in Workfront or similar project management software or willingness to quickly learn and become a Workfront super-user Detail oriented and takes ownership


• Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
