Pay Range: $26.45 - $36.54 per hour, based on experience
Full Range: $26.45 - $38.47 per hour
Classification: Full-time, Non-Exempt

Job Responsibilities:


  • Provides administrative support to Relationship Banker by coordinating loan processing, approvals, and closings.

  • Responsible for the general administration and maintenance of the loan portfolio.

  • Monitors past due report, maturing loans, file exceptions, and covenants requirements.

  • Assist with loan closing documentation, client packets, loan renewals, and onboarding of clients.

  • Assists clients with day to day customer service requests including general account inquiries, loan advances, and payments requests.

  • Connects with team members across multiple departments, specifically private banking, loan operations, credit, and compliance.

  • Ensures client satisfaction through contact and maintenance of the relationship.

  • Maintain current knowledge of and comply with all applicable laws and regulations, policies and procedures.

  • Know and comply with all Company policies set forth on the Company's Intranet;

  • Review Associate Handbook and Company Policies annually, as prescribed by Human Capital;

  • Complete and Comply with the Companies Code of Ethics and Conflict of Interest Questionnaire and Policy Acknowledgement;

  • Complete all assigned training on time.

  • Embrace and adhere to First Western's Core Values

  • Other duties as assigned.


Required Skills & Experience:


  • Bachelor's Degree or related field is required

  • 3-5 years experience in banking, lending and/or credit is required

  • NMLS upon hire As needed by location

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with exceptional Excel skills

  • Experience working with banking and credit software

  • Experience with CRM preferred

  • Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and follow-through

  • Strong customer service skills

  • Experience working with high net-worth individuals

  • Detail-oriented, organized and able to multitask

  • Self-starter

  • Provide highest level of client service and follow-through

  • Connects with clients regularly to determine their needs

  • Ability to work effectively with internal and external contacts
