Responsibilities/ Duties:
1. Maximizes penetration by Haskell into Division's target market, research and identify a target list of contacts.
2. Makes sales calls and continues contact with prospects up to the time a specific project is secured under contract. Continues contact during and after project completion.
3. Assists others in their sales contacts and follow-up, and provides guidance regarding correspondence, selling techniques, and presentations.
4. When a specific project is identified and qualified, introduces the appropriate Project Director.
5. Prepares responses to Requests for Qualifications.
6. Develops and implements market initiatives and client development strategies.
7. Together with Project Director, develops specific "win" strategy for proposals and presentations.
8. Identifies need for and develops promotional materials and programs to enhance Division's market position or improve selling strategy.
9. Prepares team for stand-up presentations by providing detailed background information and developing presentation strategy. Coaches presentation team.
10. Plans annual trade show calendar.
11. Develops annual Division marketing budget for review and approval by Division Leader and Group President.
12. Plans and conducts periodic marketing retreats for Division and Project Delivery Group.
13. As necessary, implements Project Delivery Group-based public relations/industry awareness effort.
14. Coordinates continuing liaison with clients and prospects via mailings, periodic personal contacts, etc.
15. Becomes an active member in appropriate national, state, regional, community and industry organizations.
16. Becomes a recognized expert in the Division market segment.

Education/Experience: Minimum of a 4 year college degree or equivalent experience. Minimum of five years experience in engineering, construction marketing, or a related field.

Specific Knowledge, Skills, License, Certifications Etc..:
1. Excellent communication, organization and follow-up skills.
2. Excellent sales and customer relationship skills
3. Ability to understand and execute the company vision and values of Team, Excellence, Service and Trust

Environmental Factors and/or Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, this position is required to have ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations; and the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and manipulate (lift, carry, move) light to medium weights of 10-50 pounds. Requires good hand-eye coordination, arm, hand and finger dexterity, including ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate equipment and read application/form information. The associate frequently is required to sit, reach with hands and arms, talk and hear.
