Job Description:

The Administrative Supervisor II at the Department of Professional Services is responsible for the oversight of administrative and supervisory functions and assisting the A/R Operations Managers. This role will supervise all clerical staff including hiring, terminations, and disciplinary issues, leading weekly huddle meetings, and the identification and analysis of staffing needs.

The ideal candidate is one that has advanced MS Excel skills, data analytic experience coupled with A/R experience.

Responsibilities:


  • Request Charge Correction report to be refreshed and save new report in the shared drive

  • Export Resolution Rate and save in the master file in the shared drive

  • Compile Telecommuting file on prior week and send to Sr. Leadership and Managers

  • Perform Quality Reviews for 6 follow-up teams

  • Provide user trends during follow-up

  • Compile on Site Manager rotating schedule and publish with group and onsite staff

  • Create/revise Job Aids/revise Workflows

  • Train new staff or under performers including team training

  • Review users with low resolution rates to identify areas of opportunity

  • Report any user trends

  • Review productivity to identify areas of opportunity

  • Report any user trends to manager

  • AR denials Analysis using: Tableau/In AR Report/Analytics Team reports (Scorecards, DIAR, etc.)/Universe/Cubes/Epic WQ's
