The Global Field Enablement team ensures Sales and Sales Leaders are equipped with the knowledge, skills, content, and tools to maximize productivity and customer success. Global Field Enablement solves business challenges with high impact, outcome-based enablement programs to serve our 10,000 sellers world-wide.The Global Field Enablement PMO (GFE PMO) is a strategic partner responsible for orchestrating key stakeholders and driving the operational rhythm to ensures customer success and execution excellence of sales enablement programs.

Role Description

The GFE PMO is looking for a strategic planning partner to lead portfolio and program planning and execution supporting our Global Field Enablement organization. In this role, you will partner closely with teams across Global Enablement and Field Enablement to ensure a model and governance framework that enables strategic business outcomes, increases collaboration, improves visibility, and decreases risks, all in alignment with the overall planning and budgeting lifecycles.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating a collection of Business Unit initiatives and teams into a cohesive model that ensures funding and resources are in place and that there is visibility on progress towards achieving strategic outcomes. The ability to bring different processes and teams together in a way that streamlines their efforts is critical.

Primary Responsibilities


  • Drive the overall operational rhythm for Field Enablement in collaboration with Enablement Business Partners, Delivery Specialists, Global Enablement Operations, Strategy, and Technology teams, and other central teams.


  • Orchestrate the end-to-end planning lifecycle and budgeting process enabling leadership to prioritize programs, budget, and resources.


  • Partner with key business stakeholders to guide the selection, prioritization and balancing of portfolio components to ensure alignment with organizational strategy.


  • Oversee demand and capacity planning for optimal resource utilization and alignment.


  • Orchestrate and provide governance for Quarterly Planning and the enablement Intake process and provide analysis on trends and insights.


  • Lead analysis and recommendations to help build scalable processes for managing against our budget targets and gaining insight into how we invest our dollars across the portfolio.


  • Develop visibility into program dependencies, establishing decision frameworks for scope and schedule changes impacting programs upstream and downstream.


  • Use data to identify gaps and establish and implement business processes, governance frameworks and tools.


  • Support the achievement of the OU V2MOM strategy.



  • Oversee vendor programs and regional enablement events.


  • Develop, coach, and manage Project Coordinators.


Requirements:


  • 7+ years experience working cross-functionally in portfolio planning and/or strategic planning.


  • Ability to understand the unique challenges of partner teams and enable them to work seamlessly across organizational boundaries to drive the business planning and initiative execution.


  • Familiarity with a variety of operating models and planning best practices, specifically with building and driving processes around the prioritization of proposed initiatives.


  • Experience operating successfully in a global, multi-cultural environment.


  • Ability to work in highly ambiguous situations bringing clarity and organizational alignment.


  • Experience leading matrix teams and developing people.



  • Demonstrated cross-functional leadership and ability to collaborate and influence in an ever-changing, global organization.


  • Ability to oversee a variety of projects/programs simultaneously.



  • Business acumen and understanding of the SaaS business model and sales cycle


  • Solid organizational skills, process oriented, results driven and attention to detail


  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with ability to effectively communicate ideas and influence all levels of the organization.


  • Experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, Enablement Design and Delivery experience a plus.


  • Get it done attitude with a strong sense of team!


Preferred:


  • PMP/PfMP/CSM/SAFe certification


  • Working knowledge of Agile


  • Understanding of Salesforce Product offerings


  • Marketing Cloud / Communication tools


  • Tableau / Data Insights & Visualization


  • International experience


For Colorado-based roles: Minimum annual salary of $99,200. You may also be entitled to receive bonus, restricted stock units, and benefits.
