Job Description:

Infosys is seeking a Technical Analyst . This role requires close partnership and collaboration with client business team, providers and IT teams of the client. Essential Job Duties require having experience with SQL. Responsibilities listed below,

• Inventory Triaging, assignment and workflow management.


• Work with the provider IT team to prep files for systemic processing


• Assist with creation and maintenance of workflow/processes documentation.


• Maintain inventory dashboard/reports and report out on trends.


• Responsible for training and onboarding any new additions/replacements to the team.

Required Qualifications:
• Candidate must be able to work during EST hours of 8AM to 5PM and occasionally may require travel to the client site in the US.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience
• Proficient with MS products (Excel , Power point )
• Work on indexes, index management, and statistics.
• Work on SQL Server tools
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with project management
• Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel
• Planning and Co-ordination skills
• Good Communication and Analytical skills

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
