Job Description:

As a Data Entry Supervisor, you will be responsible for day-to-day operations of a team of Data Entry Representatives who are helping our patients get clarification on their prescriptions. You'll be responsible for engaging and empowering your team, as well as providing the tools needed to offer the very best service to our patients and Dr's.

What you'll do:


  • Grow as a leader while partnering to hire, train, and develop your team

  • Plan and direct work flow, monitor call quality, attendance, and adherence to company policies

  • Direct performance and monitor productivity of your team and overall metrics

  • Have a voice on the leadership team and assist with developing and improving policies, procedures, and business strategy

  • Assist coordinators with escalated issues and identify opportunities for further training

What you'll need:


  • 2 plus yrs relevant experience

  • Leadership experience and proven ability to lead a team and solve problems

  • Microsoft Office proficiency is a must

  • Excellent customer service skills; be inquisitive, analytical and investigative putting patients first

  • Attention to detail, organization skills, time management, advanced problem solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments to resolve complex issues with innovative solutions

  • Open to change, ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment and be willing to work a flexible schedule when needed

  • Effective interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills including the ability to diffuse challenging conversations in a professional manner


  • Ability to work a flexible schedule between 8am and 530pm

For positions that are Flex/WFH:

This role is Flex/WFH which allows most work to be performed at home or on occasion at a Cigna office location. Employees must be fully vaccinated if they choose to come onsite.
