The Replenishment Planner is primarily responsible for managing the inventory level across the network for US DSD branches and RDC Warehouses to support the $5.7 billion Direct Store Delivery business. This position is responsible for daily execution of load planning and analyzing the data through APO Planning Book and various report tools to secure adequate inventory into the branches. The individual will take into consideration several decision points including overall CFR target of 97.5%; branch utilization target of 85% or less; 100% deployment of seasonal SKUs/new item launches; optimal service performance on Class A, top 50 SKUs by area, and promotional items. The planner must identify critical inbounds to the branches to positively impact customer fill rate while optimizing truckload resources to control transportation costs. Responsible for developing consistent communications with field partners in Log Ops and Sales, as well as Product Supply and Demand Planning. Conduct forecast/demand review while partnering with Demand Planning for forecast accuracy of top selling SKUs. Additional duties include edits for floor cuts and DN cuts; execution of short lead deployments for customer promotional activities. Identify inventory discrepancies to the branches and RDCs and work with the site personnel to perform corrective adjustments. Proactively communicate supply concerns and events to field partners. Monitor branch inventory levels to support safe operations, and mitigate waste risk.

· Track and monitor inventory levels and service performance for Class A skus, Top 25 volume skus, and Promotional product groups
· Monitor product sales vs forecast at DSD branches
· Develop and support consistent communication with field Log Ops and Sales stakeholders
· Monitor and manage distressed inventory to support waste management initiatives
· Support branch inbound management processess by identifying critical STOs to support service
· Provide analysis of branch service drivers
· Create and maintain training documentation
