This position is eligible for a flexible work schedule arrangement at the present time. The arrangement may be delayed for training or other job acclimation purposes and remains subject to change.

Your Responsibilities

As anInterfactory Coordinator for Horicon Works located in Horicon, WI, you will...


  • Coordinate the producing, expediting and delivering of material on time for multiple departments.
  • Manage rejected material and returned goods to the vendor.
  • Resolve ASN (Advanced Shipping Notice) issues, inventory errors and expedite parts to ensure uninterrupted production.
  • Coordinate interfactory orders and shipments.

What Skills You Need


  • Experience using Microsoft Excel (including Macros), Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • SAP experience and knowledge on Material Flow/Inventory transactions
  • Experience in roles that required effective communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work and respond to urgent situations in a fast- paced environment
  • Available to work overtime as required based on business needs

  • Understanding of order fulfillment processes
  • Understanding ofsupply management processes

Education

Ideally, you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business/Management, Engineering or other relevant discipline
