Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

Cleans and stocks restrooms
Empty garbage cans
Maintain floors
Retrieve carts, flat carts, and electric shopping carts from the parking lot
Greet and assist customers as possible including carry outs
Support our Good Neighbor philosophy by keeping the perimeter of the store clear of debris
Foster a safe and productive work environment for associates and customers
Diligent in protecting company assets
Follow all SOP guidelines and company policies
Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

Must be sixteen years of age or over
Basic Computer Knowledge
Reading, Comprehension and Writing Skills

Preferred Qualifications

High school Diploma or equivalent
Previous retail experience

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing. The position does require frequent lifting of merchandise. It is expected that the employee lift safely, using proper body mechanics and lifting devices. When lifting heavy items, up to 50 pounds, a team lift may be required.
