JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS
Leading the divisional tasks for the product group business activities(laser and resistance welding)of Andritz Soutec AGSwitzerlandin the N.A. market.
Coordination and management of the N.A. customer and Sales activities of Soutec Division for: OE Sales including machine equipment,installations and commissioning, Service Engineering, After-Sales, Project Engineering, and Tech Center Operations.Close synchronization of N.A. activities with corresponding departments at Andritz Soutec AG.
Sales and market development forecasting in collaboration with Andritz Soutec AG.
P/L responsibility,financial reporting to the Andritz Metals Division; close collaboration with Controlling.
Annual budget, quarterly financial forecasts, and MTP forecast. Monthly P/L and costcenterdetail analysis and cost management to achieve the budgeted Order Intake, Sales, and profitability objectives.
Active leadershipand development basedon the annual setting of business and personal goals for team members.
Leading the division's activities, while in compliance with the N.A. ANDRITZ corporate policies.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Experience inan international businessenvironment andtheability to work in intercultural Teams.
Engagedandenergeticpersonality withgood communication and negotiation skills, hands on mentality.
Leadership and management experience, for a teamup to 20employees.
Education:Bachelor of Science in electrical or mechanical engineering, combined with business administrationknowledgeor comparable.
Experiencein the field ofmulti-axis machine or automation technologywould be an advantage.
Business administration knowledge or equivalent work experience in successfully heading a growth-oriented business division or profit center.
Knowledge of automotive market and manufacturing environment of Tier-level and OEM
Full proficiency in English language and North American cultural awareness skills.
MS office suite, SAP general user knowledge
Readiness to travel internationally
