Your Responsibilities

As a Supply Management Specialistfor Horicon Works located in Horicon, Wisconsin, you will:


  • Maintain ongoing relationships with assigned suppliers to improve quality & delivery performance
  • Develop and execute inventory plans to achieve inventory/asset management and material flow
  • Resolve shipping, receiving, invoicing and payment problems to ensure prompt and accurate payments to suppliers

What Skills You Need


  • 1 or moreyears of experience in Materials Management or relevant work experience - Supply Management, Material Flow, or Production Planning
  • 1 or more years ofexperience with interpersonal communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution
  • 1 or more years ofexperience thriving in a fast-paced environment with strengths in organization & prioritization

What Makes You Stand Out


  • Experience working with sheet steel and/or metal fabrication supply base
  • Project management experience - influence without authority
  • Understanding of Order Fulfillment Process
  • Data analytics and problem solving experience
  • SAP Experience

Education

Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:


  • Bachelors Degree in a Supply Management discipline or equivalent experience
