Job Description:

Responsibilities:


  • You will be trained to perform one process within the department/business unit as:

    • Deposit Processing Teller or
    • Check Processing (ABC) Teller or,
    • Receiving or,
    • Equipment Operator

  • Basic responsibilities:

    • Handle the processing and settlement of transactions
    • Perform research inquiries
    • Monitor work Queues
    • Resolve transaction exceptions or rejects
    • Complete operational balancing and reconciliations
    • Analyzes information to determine accuracy and completeness
    • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds


Requirements:

Basic Skills required:


  • Detail-oriented
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Production environment focus around meeting deadlines
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft applications
  • Must be a team player and maintain a positive attitude
  • Physical requirements: Standing, Lifting and Walking up to 90% of the time

Basic Knowledge required:

  • LOB Knowledge
  • Business processes and procedures
  • Product knowledge
  • Industry knowledge

Additional hours and/or mandatory extended time may be required during peak volume periods and based on other business needs.

A Government Security Clearance may be required for this position.
