You must have strong prospecting, qualifying, and closing skills, ability to 'Think on your feet', discuss money, and a drive to succeed. A positive attitude with a focus on solutions and results is key. A successful VCC team member will have the ability to learn and be coached, be willing to prospect and make independent decisions, and be confident in using Microsoft programs and some form of CRM platform.

You should be optimistic, and self-aware with good phone skills, exceptional listening skills and are detail oriented while comfortable working independently.

Must have prior income of at least $40,000 annually.
