Job Description:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Primary supervisory responsibilities for a small multidisciplinary treatment team that provides behavioral health treatment and services in the community to individuals and families who are experiencing or have recently experienced homelessness.

Primary contact with Substance Abuse and Mental Health Administration (SAMHA) regarding accountability to all grant outcomes. Includes working closely with the Project Director on the budget and budget reporting requirements.

Work closely with Centerstone Research Institute to gather, analyze and report outcome data to SAMHSA.

Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently, as a member of a team, and to work efficiently under deadlines

Key Performance Indicators:

Grant applications and renewals are submitted on time.

Integration of best practices throughout Centerstone and with community partners.

Implement all goals/ objectives outlined in the grant and reflected in the essential duties above.
