Champions, a division of KinderCare Education, is hiring for a creative and passionate team member. In this role, you will have the opportunity to support communications and content design as well as support business partners and field leaders through first response. You are the ideal candidate if you are a clear and positive communicator, enjoy creative work, and are passionate about effectively sharing information. As an Operations Coordinator, you will support an internal team to write, edit, and design communications and operational tools and respond to internal employee inquiries. Your skills and experience will be applied to coordinate and execute the planning and implementation of operations communications and projects.

Essential functions include but not limited to:
• Support with communication and implementation of company-wide processes and initiatives
• Write, design, and edit operational guides to support implementation and execution of seasonal field workload
• Support operational communications through drafting, editing, and sending global communications to field and National Support Center
• Create and maintain communication plans and schedules
• Establish and maintain rapport, credibility and communication with various departments, business partners, and field teams including problem resolution, project support and field delivery
• Support various Operations projects including seasonal initiatives, process improvement, and standard operating procedures
• Analyze reporting and data to support in opportunity identification, problem definition, data analysis and proposed solutionQualifications

Education and Experience:
• Minimum of 2 years related experience, education, or combination of the two
• Fluency in MS Suite; proficiency in Adobe Acrobat and InDesign
• Strong writing skills, some graphic design and editing experience preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and diplomatic communication skills
• Ability to work in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
• Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
