Description:

• Assist the receiving/shipping crews in processing the incoming loads, shipping orders and weighing the API raw materials containers

Essential Functions:

• Perform daily the gross weighing verification for raw materials;

• Load and offload trucks using the pallet jacks (when HiLo drivers are not available). Inspect the trucks and freight for any kind of infestation/leaks. Notify immediately the Supervisor or the designee for any adverse condition;

• Quarantine the incoming loads;

• Assist HiLo drivers in off loading and loading the trucks;

• Assist Hilo drivers in staging preparing the materials for shipping;

• Check the cycle counts; Prevent Mix up and Cross Contamination;

• Perform daily the scale calibration verification;

Additional Responsibilities:

• Maintain 100% cGMP & Compliance during complete operation hours.

• Must follow the Department’s SOPs;

• Maintain cleanliness of warehouse;

• Help as needed the QA Department in sampling process (move-open drums and clean the sampling booth);

• Keep warehouse door close all the time except time of receiving of materials/delivery;

• No Entry in Other Department unless warranted;

• Perform other tasks assigned by the Supervisor or designee;

Education:

• High School or GED - Preferred

Experience:

• 1 year or more in Previous Warehouse experience

Skills:

• Ability to lift and handle 50Lb containers - Beginner
