The Answering Service Operator is the primary liaison between the patients, providers, general public and internal operations both outside and during regular business hours. Responsible for assisting with telephone extension connections, paging operations, resolving issues and managing any communication between hospitals, emergency rooms and other providers as needed.  Care is recorded and managed within the scope of the Electronic Medical Record.

Wed 5p-9p, Thur. 5p-9p, Sat 8a-4p, Sun 8a-4p or 1p-9p
Holiday Rotation

Experience

• Minimum of one to two years in heavy/high volume phone experience in either call center and/or medical facility.

• Experience in hospital or physician answering service


• Medical Receptionist with 2 years previous experience or Medical Assistant.

Education

• High School Diploma or better
