Summary

Fairbanks Morse is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our growing Marketing team. The Marketing Coordinator will work cross-functionally to assist the development of communications materials including but not limited to all print and digital sales tools, integrated print, digital advertising, newsletters, and social media programs. This person is strongly organized and works best in a fast-paced, multi-project environment. This employee will coordinate all activities relating to the successful execution of industry trade and conference events. The Marketing Coordinator will also assist with the budgeting, overall planning, and scheduling processes, as well as support of all internal employee communications programs. This individual will oversee the promotional inventory and fulfillment. This position requires travel to trade shows and other company events.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities


  • Support of ongoing marketing department projects and goals.
  • Assist in creating and coordinate the development and distribution of product brochures, advertisements, trade show displays, direct mail pieces, internal and external newsletters.
  • Assist in planning and developing booth designs, layouts, graphics, and supporting materials as needed to produce, maintain, coordinate and support trade show exhibits.
  • Assist with digital marketing efforts, including website development, social media, and SEO.
  • Manage promotional item inventory, mix, and fulfillment
Qualifications and Educational Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate with marketing emphasis preferred
  • 1+ year of experience with corporate marketing.
  • Tradeshow coordination experience preferred
  • HubSpot and Salesforce experience preferred
  • High personal initiative and a results-driven attitude
  • Experience with MS Windows operating systems and MS Office
  • A self-starter capable of managing a number of projects simultaneously
  • Strong interpersonal, writing, and presentation skills
  • Flexibility to travel is required (10%-25% estimated)
