YOUR ROLE
As a Compounder, you will:
Operates machines and production equipment safely in accordance with instructions
Sets up or adjusts equipment according to manufacturing specifications
Monitors the quality of output to identify or discard re-manufacture faulty products
Maintains accurate daily production records so that manufacturing performance can be analyzed
Produce batch sheets according to batch sheet instructions with no management direction in 1 to 2 of the 5 areas of the batching process
Produce batches in an efficient manner to accommodate cycle time and quality goals
Perform in-process checks to eliminate batch adjustments and bring the product into desired specification range
YOUR SKILLS
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Good math skills essential
The performance of this position normally requires exposure to typical manufacturing areas where under certain conditions the use of personal protective equipment, such as safety glasses, and hygienic precautions, such as hairnets, are required
Regular attendance is required., and overtime may be required

The position is in the factory and could involve standing, walking and lifting for long periods of time throughout the day.
The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally this position may require the lifting and/or moving of more than 55 pounds.
