We are hiring for a Manager of Strategic Partnerships to join our Indiana team!
The Manager - Strategic Partnerships is responsible for cultivating and managing successful relationships with national, state, and local organizations to benefit the strategic vision of SPARK Learning Lab’s technical assistance efforts. The Manager of Strategic Partnerships researches, builds and develops new partnerships with the content expertise and geographical service area to maximize SPARK’s technical assistance, supports the Deputy Director of Strategic Initiatives in creating the scope and deliverables for partnerships, and oversees the on-going management of partnership agreements with specific areas of focus including business support and mental health support, as well as others.
Location of this position within Indiana is flexible as the position will require local travel in Indiana.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
● Serves as a member of the SPARK Learning Lab leadership team, which includes supporting the
meeting of all project goals.
● Leads and directs cross-functional team collaborations and develops strategy in support of the
overall project plan and strategic direction of the project.
● Collaborates on and coordinates the development of the scope and deliverables for partnership
agreements and contracts.
● Oversees and manages partnership agreements and assigned subcontractors to assure stated
work is completed properly.
● Develops and manages procedures, implements strategic initiatives and completes tasks that
impact the project.
● Executes the strategic plan set by the Deputy Director of Strategic Initiatives.
● Ensures compliance with Company, State and Federals standards; along with licensing
requirements.
● Supports business development by contributing to start-up activities and on-going project
support.
● Provides strategic and operational recommendations to achieve project goals.
● Participates in assigned meetings, events and training as required.
