Job Description:

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:


  • Call-in, pick-up and pay out jackpots or hopper fills.
  • Responsible for signing hopper fills
  • When necessary, sign for jackpot fills
  • Obtain authorized signatures on jackpot slips
  • Make minor repairs on slot machines
  • Knowledge of the Casino Control Act and attendant regulations as well as Caesars internal controls, policies, and procedures
  • Support and maintain Caesars courtesy guidelines
Consistently demonstrates superior customer service skills by displaying Spotlight on Success behaviors. Maintains upbeat, positive attitude, positive energy and enthusiasm from one interaction to the next. Creates an atmosphere of luck and celebrates customer wins. Is ready to serve and informed of daily information; builds relationships by greeting guests with a warm, friendly verbal greeting. Anticipates needs and provides fast, flawless service. Checks for satisfaction and properly uses the Service Recovery process to resolve problems when they exist. Promotes Total Rewards programs and card membership. Provides a warm farewell and thanks guests for visiting.

  • Ability to obtain the appropriate work authorization per gaming regulations required.
  • Ability to work in a drug free environment and pass a chemical dependency test, as required.
  • Must be able to walk, stand 80% of the time, bend, push, pull, climb stairs and run.
  • Must be able to perform tasks requiring repetitive motion.
  • Must be able to work in a moderate noise environment
  • Must be able to work in smoke-filled environment.
  • Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
