Troubleshoot PLC programs as needed to keep production line operational.
Responsible for maintaining operational status of all electronic/electrical equipment
Responsible for defining and performing maintenance tasks of all electronic/electrical equipment.
Maintain positive posture in all safety programs and activities.
Participate and lead as required maintenance improvement activities (i.e, CIT, RCA and CAPEX).
Evaluate new and replacement electronic/electrical hardware.
Accurately document work history in CMMS up to and including entering and closing out work orders.

Maintains equipment, parts, and supplies inventories by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed equipment, parts and supplies; placing and expediting orders; verifying receipt.

REQUIREMENTS
High and detailed knowledge of PLC (Allen Bradley preferred), electrical systems, electronic systems and HMI for trouble shooting and repairs of fixtures and equipment.
AC/DC motor theory and VFD knowledge (Allen Bradley/Siemens and/or ABB)
AC/DC Low voltage control circuit troubleshooting
Language skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Mathematical skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common factors, and decimals.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.
Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Extensive knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, lubrication devices.
Read and interpret complex electrical and hydraulic drawings and schematics.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Associates degree in electronics or substantial work towards completion of electrical or electronics degree preferred.
Must have a minimum of 5+ years’ experience in industrial electronic maintenance.
Strong working knowledge of CMMS.
Must be willing and able to assist in all areas as necessary
