TheArt Director we're seeking will conceptualize creative solutions that beautifully andeffectively communicate the strategic intent across mulitple platforms. This role in our Portland Studiowill collaborate with our prisigious lifestyle and sportswear clients to createinnovative campaigndesignsthat will live in digital, experiential, and retail spaces.They will workclosely with creative directors, designers,and strategists to craft stories that resonate with our audiences and see them come to life in the real world.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with creative team to develop and designcreative concepts and executions of assigned product(s).
Craft compelling campaign/stories while adhearing to providedbrand guidelines.
Continuously work to grow and improve your skill set including self-directed research and study.
Work closely with project managementto follow schedules and provideaccurate time and cost estimates for designtactics.
Carefully and accurately perform quality assurance on your work as well as the work of graphic designers that report immediately to you.
Perform miscellaneous creative tasks, as directed by Senior Art Directors or the Creative Director.
Be collaborative, supportive, and considerate of follow teammates.
Additional duties as assigned.
SKILLS / BACKGROUND
General knowledge and passion forlifestyle & sportswear industry and design bestpractices.
Understanding of experiential and retail marketing.
Familiarity with sketching and creating mockups on the fly.
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Art, Marketing or related field
8+ years progressive creative design experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
5+ years in a leadership role
Periodic travel either locally, nationally, and/or internationally may be required.
High degree of proficiency Adobe, MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications.
Strong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning).
Solid understanding and application of mathematical concepts.
Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as, internal and external clients.
Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
Ability to collaborate with and positively influence peers and senior management.
Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting
