Group/Division

KLA is well known for its high-performing business model which routinely produces significant profit margins and revenue. Key to supporting KLA business is the finance team that partners with corporate and global business organizations to provide expertise and guidance for developing and executing sound business models and practices. The Finance organization consists of operations and corporate finance teams. The operations finance team influences business decisions by gathering the best available operations information, distilling it and making recommendations to our management team on the best course of action. The corporate team provides a broad range of services, such as financial planning, corporate accounting, tax, industry analysis and benchmarking, internal audits, SEC reporting and merger and acquisition support.

This unique role at KLA will support concurrent application and legal entity integrations with the following responsibilities:


  • Have a good understanding of end-to-end business processes such as quote to cash, procure to pay, plan to inventory and manufacture to facilitate the gathering of integration business requirements

  • Solid understanding of accounting flows and relationship between the balance sheet and income statement

  • Draft integration business requirements for certain areas related to finance

  • Align and manage expectations across functional stakeholders and leaders

  • Coordinate, support and participate in UAT

  • Ability to identify risks and take action on it

  • Ability to remain positive, with a 'can do' attitude, to find pragmatic solutions to challenges

  • Ability to articulate and communicate complex ideas and concepts clearly and effectively

  • Resilient under pressure and ability to adapt to unstructured and constantly changing environment

  • Valuations to support legal entity consolidation

  • Manage and track cost related to integration projects, which includes submission of monthly snapshot

Minimum Qualifications


  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance / Accounting with at least 4 years of experience

  • Must be hard-working with a positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a team

  • Sense of ownership, urgency, intellectualcuriosity, willingness to learn and improve

  • Independent and critical thinker, analytical, fast-learner and excellent eye for detail

  • Excellent problem-solving and strong analytical skills with the ability to get things done

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales and service operations, finance, treasury, tax, legal, and IT)

  • Ability to organize and prioritize responsibilities effectively in order to meet deadlines

  • Proficiency with SAP ERP, TM1, Hana, Snowflake reporting tools a plus
