Test Manager- Full Time

Location and Travel: Winston Salem, NC OR Remote Until Covid 

• 10+ years of QA experience focused on CRM packaged applications like Salesforce Sales, Service, Commerce Cloud, MS Dynamics 365 CRM


• Demonstrates strong customer and stakeholder management skills


• Ability to lead large QA teams spread across multiple locations


• Good domain experience in Retail space and familiar with B2B and B2C processes


• Ability to provide thought leadership to QA, prepare test strategy, plan and engage the customers in the QA space


• Ability to manage functional, automation, NFT testing across the account


• Familiar with code repository, build and deployment tools like GitHub, TestNG, and Jenkins etc.
