Infosys is seeking a Middleware Production Support with experience in: Incident/Event and Problem Management. The Middleware Production Support person will need to maintain ITIL practices and collaborate with Application Teams to ensure 24x7 availability of business-critical environment.

Required Qualifications:
• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Charlotte, NC, or St. Louis, Minneapolis, or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience
• At least 4 years of working experience on Incident, Event and Problem Management.
• Working knowledge in technologies such as: administration of App Dynamics, HP, APM and other Availability tools, Splunk, ticketing tools: BMC Remedy or ServiceNow.
• Ensure 24x7 availability of business-critical environment
• Perform day to day monitoring of applications, initiate troubleshooting/mitigation of issues reported from alerts, health check failures etc.
• Manage major incidents and outages independently
• Must be familiar with ITIL and Agile framework
• Exceptional ability to manage the bridge calls with customers on technical issues/pages

• Excellent Communications and client interaction skills along with exceptional written and verbal skills as well as technical documentation
• Experience in working on job scheduling tools like Autosys
• Solid resource planning and problem-solving skills as well as an excellent understanding of SDLC & coding (not code development)
• Extraordinary Planning, Coordination, and Analytical skills
• Hands-on experience in working in Global Delivery Model with onsite/offshore resources
• Exceptional Organizational Skills
• Ability to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently, and willingness to learn new tolls
• Solid resource planning and problem-solving skills as well as an excellent understanding of SDLC & coding (not code development)
• Readiness to demonstrate a proactive attitude
